Lacie Mancia, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC
Lacie Mancia, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and provider at Alleviant Integrated Mental Health’s Bentonville location. She works with patients across the lifespan and has a special interest in pediatric mental health, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, trauma, anxiety, depression, and sleep disorders.
Lacie was drawn to mental health through her experiences advocating for family members and witnessing gaps in access to mental health care and support. Those experiences inspired her to pursue a career focused on helping patients find the compassionate, individualized care and advocacy they deserve.
She believes in treating the whole person and takes an integrative, collaborative approach to care. Lacie is passionate about patient education and believes that helping patients understand their condition and treatment options empowers them to become active participants in their own care.
At Alleviant, Lacie values the organization’s progressive approach to psychiatry and its commitment to advancing mental health care. For her, one of the most rewarding parts of her work is seeing patients experience positive outcomes and find the hope and answers they have been searching for.
Having grown up in the Pacific Northwest, Lacie enjoys connecting with people from all walks of life. Patients often describe her as easy to talk to and appreciate her ability to listen, helping create a space where they feel heard and supported.
