Krystle Cotton

Krystle Cotton is a Procedural Technician at Alleviant Integrated Mental Health’s Little Rock location. With a background in nursing, Krystle has always been curious about how the mind works and what influences people’s thoughts, behaviors, and experiences. She finds it especially rewarding to help others better understand their own “why.”

Krystle was drawn to Alleviant because of its commitment to treating others with the same respect and care we would want for ourselves. She believes it is a joy to be part of something that creates a positive impact in someone’s life.

Originally from the small town of Winchester, Arkansas, Krystle is a proud mother of four daughters. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, writing, going to the gym, and spending time in nature through hikes and walks. A lifelong learner, she also taught herself graphology through her local library.
