Kaitlin Hartman, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC

Kaitlin is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered mental health care. A native of Northwest Arkansas, Kaitlin has always felt drawn to healthcare and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

With a background in nursing and experience across a variety of healthcare settings, Kaitlin developed a strong interest in mental health and the ways psychological well-being can influence every aspect of a person’s health. Her experience working with children, adolescents, and adults reinforced her passion for psychiatry and the opportunity to build meaningful, therapeutic relationships with patients and their support systems.

Kaitlin believes effective mental health care begins with listening and creating a safe, supportive environment where patients feel heard and understood. She takes a holistic, patient-centered approach and incorporates trauma-informed care into her practice. She works collaboratively with patients to develop individualized treatment plans that support their overall well-being and help them reach their full potential.

Kaitlin is also a proud ally to the LGBTQ+ community and is committed to creating an inclusive and affirming environment for every patient.

Outside of work, Kaitlin enjoys spending time with her family and making time for some of her favorite activities, including cooking, camping, kayaking, and exploring new places. She is honored to be part of the Alleviant team and considers it a privilege to support patients and their families throughout their mental health journey.
