Elyssa Propst, LPC, is a therapist at Alleviant Integrated Mental Health in Bryant. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Lock Haven University and her Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University.

With experience working in a variety of mental health settings, Elyssa brings a well-rounded perspective to supporting individuals on their mental health journey. Her areas of focus include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care.

Elyssa was drawn to a career in mental health by a desire to help others navigate their experiences and work toward becoming the best version of themselves. She is especially passionate about hearing patients' stories of triumph and witnessing the growth and freedom that can come through their mental health journey. Elyssa values looking at the whole person and appreciates Alleviant's focus on brain health rather than addressing only one aspect of mental health.

Patients can expect Alyssa to bring a kind, patient, involved, and dedicated presence to their care.
