Barrett Papan is a Procedural Technician at Alleviant Integrated Mental Health’s Conway location. With a background in psychology and social work, Barrett has always been drawn to mental health and healthcare and finds fulfillment in helping others, especially those who need support the most.

For Barrett, one of the most rewarding parts of his work is seeing patients experience positive outcomes. He is known for being kind and a good listener, and he values the opportunity to help patients feel heard and supported throughout their care.

Originally from Little Rock, Arkansas, Barrett enjoys spending time outdoors, whether he is rock climbing, hiking, or taking a long drive. He also has a love for birdwatching and enjoys spotting and learning about different birds in his free time.
